When you send us a form. Our appointment request form asks for your name, your phone number, your email and a short message so we can call you back. The form on our contact page also asks for a preferred date. The website sends your request by email to our front desk. Please keep your message short and leave out medical details. We will talk about your care by phone or in the office.

When you call or email us. We keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.

When you browse the site. This website does not use analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it
